Jurica Golemac on the verge of being sacked from the Dubai bench, potential successors' names are also known

Golemac could already become a former coach today, and rumors of a collaboration breakup come after the defeat to Anadolu Efes in the EuroLeague with a score of 85:69, which has put them in a very difficult position regarding play-in qualification.

Dubai currently occupies 11th place in the EuroLeague standings, and to reach the tenth spot, they need a win in the final round against Valencia, but with the condition that Barcelona loses to Bayern at home, and that Maccabi does not win its matches against Hapoel and Virtus.

Dubai's leadership is expected to make a decision today on whether to part ways with Golemac, who took over the bench at Dubai in 2024 and recently extended his contract until the summer of 2028.

Names of his potential successors on Dubai's bench are already known, namely Serbian expert Saša Đorđević and Greek Vassilis Spanoulis.

Dubai already faces a new major challenge on Monday at 8 PM when they host Podgorica's Budućnost in the ABA League at Zetra, and it remains to be seen who will lead the team from the bench in that match.
