The gathering was opened by the President of the BH Greens and Minister in the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sevlid Hurtić, who stated that the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina deserves much better than what it has today.

"Our homeland deserves a politics that does not constantly produce crises, but offers solutions and projects. It deserves a politics that does not divide people, but brings them together around common goals. That is precisely why the BH Greens exist. We did not emerge as just another political structure to fit into the existing system. We do not want to argue, insult, or engage in empty debates without purpose and aim. We emerged from the need to bring new energy, new responsibility, and a new vision for the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our vision is simple but powerful: we want a state that protects its people, its nature, and its future," said Hurtić.

He emphasized that the BH Greens want a state where the economy will develop, but not at the expense of people's health and nature. A country where new jobs will be opened, but through sustainable projects, through innovations, through the development of tourism, agriculture, and clean energy.

Hurtić stated that the BH Greens currently have 43 municipal and city organizations, as well as 12 cantonal and regional organizations, noting that the party structure is expanding every day in all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He particularly highlighted the immense importance of the work of BH Greens' personnel in the entity of Republika Srpska, who are strongly fighting for the rights of Bosniaks, as well as all other citizens and returnees.

Hurtić announced the participation of the BH Greens in this year's General Elections, stating that the BH Greens will achieve the best results since their establishment.
