Known as the "Super Venom," the model is based on the 2026 Mustang and could be considered Hennessey's answer to the new Mustang Dark Horse SC. True, it's not quite as track-focused as that model, but it does have even more power. Under the hood lies a potent 5.0-liter V8 engine, now equipped with a large supercharger that boosts output to 862 horsepower and 881 Nm of torque at 4,900 rpm. This gives it a clear horsepower advantage over the 826-horsepower GTD, while being only 19 Nm behind in torque. Hennessey introduced its standard Super Venom early last year, and the only detail that sets the new one apart is the fact that it will be limited to just 35 units to commemorate the company's anniversary. It also comes equipped with custom "35" badges on the fenders and a "91" graphic on the hood in remembrance of the company's founding in 1991. Beyond the engine changes, the Super Venom boasts several new carbon fiber parts, including a new front splitter, side skirts, and vents on the front fenders. There is also a functional hood vent that helps extract hot air from the engine bay, while a large fixed wing is mounted at the rear. Custom lightweight 20-inch wheels are also fitted. Hennessey claims their "enhanced" Mustang can cover the quarter-mile in just 10.9 seconds with a trap speed of 214 km/h, and it only needs 3.2 seconds to reach 100 km/h. Despite all the added performance, the car retains the original Ford factory warranty, as well as a limited three-year/58,000-km warranty from Hennessey itself. Perhaps the only drawback is the price. Although Hennessey has not announced the price for the limited run of 35 cars, the standard Super Venom starts at $149,950 when based on the GT version, or $163,950 when based on the Dark Horse version. This makes it significantly more expensive than the Mustang Dark Horse SC, which starts at $108,485.
