Mitsotakis pointed out that such behavior "takes away part of the innocence and freedom" of young people and that it must stop. The Prime Minister said the bill will be submitted to parliament during the summer, with the aim of taking effect on January 1 of next year. The Greek government has already banned the use of mobile phones in primary and secondary schools.
