Today, eight years later, she can boast an impressive transformation and muscle mass that many men would envy. Her first encounter with the gym was in her hometown of Brisbane, but it was not at all promising. "I was lifting small weights, and it felt like 100 kilograms. I didn't like it and wanted to quit, but over time, this sport became my life," Sarah admitted. What started as a hobby soon grew into a serious career. Today, she competes on the international stage under the umbrella of the IFBB, the leading organization for bodybuilding and fitness. She has great support from her husband, who is also her coach. She credits him for her greatest successes, and interestingly, she is physically stronger than him, which often garners affection on social media. Although her family initially did not support her choice, they changed their minds over time. "They tried to talk me out of it, but when they saw how dedicated I was and how much I was progressing, they became my biggest supporters," says Sarah. She is particularly proud of her biceps, which she focuses on the most during training, along with regular triceps exercises. Precisely because of her strength and physique, fans have given her the nickname, the strongest Australian woman.
