"This award is for the entire team, but also for all those who have contributed to this organization. Not just for the whole team, but for all of us. For all those who have in any way participated in our actions and projects over all these years, this award belongs to all of them. A large number of people have contacted me personally and the organization to express their joy. They say they feel our award as their own, and that is what makes me happiest," he said.

Pomozi.ba is not an organization that works for awards or any kind of recognition, emphasized Karalić, but an award from one's own city is still very significant.

"When you receive the city's highest recognition on the city's birthday, it truly means a lot. It will certainly be an additional wind at our backs and will further motivate us to work even harder and even better in the future. All with the aim of benefiting those who need help the most," said Karalić.

Solidarity, empathy, and understanding—qualities that are not lacking in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Despite many problems and disagreements, Bosnians and Herzegovinians are always ready to help.

"In my opinion, we have no competition there," said the founder of Pomozi.ba.

The BiH system is often the one that slows down and even halts many processes, thereby hindering the country's progress, but Karalić emphasizes the importance of cooperation as the best "formula for success."

"I always emphasize that if we want to achieve real results, we need to have cooperation, on one hand from the government sector, and on the other from the non-governmental sector, i.e., various associations and organizations. I think that is the formula for success, and I hope that in the future, whenever there is an opportunity, we will work together to help those in need," concluded Karalić.
