Efes started the match better, which was extremely efficient on both sides from the beginning, giving them a four-point lead after the first quarter. The Turkish team then completely dismantled Dubai in the second quarter, heading into halftime with a score of 51:33.
However, Dubai made a comeback in the third quarter, playing excellently on defense, and by the start of the final period, they had reduced the deficit to 10 points. Although it was expected that Dubai would push hard for a turnaround, Efes stepped up again and calmly closed out the match for a new victory.
The standout player for Efes was Rodrigue Beaubois with 18 points, supported by Erxan Osmani who scored 14 points.
The Bosnian national team player Džanan Musa was the best performer for Dubai, contributing 13 points, five rebounds, and four assists in 36 minutes on the court. The only other player in form was Aleksa Avramović with 12 points, while Kenan Kamenjaš had seven rebounds, four points, and one assist in 15 minutes on the court. Kosta Kondić also played but had no impact in his three minutes on the court.
Dubai is in 11th place in the EuroLeague with 19 wins and 18 losses, while Efes is in second-to-last position with a record of 12-25. Dubai still has a chance to overtake Crvena Zvezda or Barcelona in the final round if both teams suffer defeats (Barcelona against Bayern, and Zvezda against Lyon-Villeurbanne tonight and Real), and Dubai defeats Valencia.
