"The opposition's agreement should send a message to every citizen that we are not all the same, that we are not all greedy, arrogant, primitive, and hungry for power at any cost. If people do not trust us that we will bring a turnaround in the life of the Republic of Srpska, that the days ahead will be days of hope and optimism instead of darkness and uncertainty, then there will be no change," he said.

Crnadak says things can be much better.

"All our workers, civil servants, retirees, doctors, teachers, professors, journalists, police officers, prosecutors, and everyone else in the Republic of Srpska can live much better than they do today. This is not an election slogan; it is a reality because in a country where there is so much theft, where there is no accountability, and where state officials are richer than Arab sheikhs, there is enormous potential to significantly improve the quality of life in a short period."

He believes the opposition's messages should be clear and promises concreteโ€”what they will do in the first year, what by the end of the term, and what exactly people can expect from us.

"For more than ten years, the main reason for young people leaving the Republic of Srpska has not been jobs and low wages, but the lack of justice, rule of law, and legal security. Our obligation is to ensure this. To guarantee the people that bad deeds will not be forgiven, that those who have violated the law will be held accountable, and that we will return to the Republic of Srpska what has been taken from it. To ensure a judiciary that does not operate on a phone call and cannot be bought."

Speaking on the topic of freedom, he believes there is no development and progress if our society is not free, and it cannot be free until people are free to vote as they wish, speak freely, and are not harassed or blackmailed in the workplace.

"This is not a fight to drive those who work in the public sector out of their jobs; this is also a fight for their freedom, for the freedom of every individual to earn their place in society through knowledge and dedication."

Under the heading "truth," Crnadak is of the opinion that never before has any government been so closed, never has anyone lied so much, hidden contracts, expenses, payments, and many other things that must be public, accessible to citizens, because it is our money and our resources.

"The truth must come with us: about unresolved murders, record corruption, shameful arbitrations, concessions, hidden contracts and annexesโ€”a ban on any contracts with secrecy clauses. RTRS must finally be free, to be a channel for communicating truth and unity."
