He said that 11 parties have supported Filipović, but also that they believe the elections in two or four years will look different with other techniques and communications.

When asked about the candidacy of Slaven Kovačević (DF), he replied: "It is not good for someone to impose and choose representatives where decisions about collective rights are made, neither in the Houses of Peoples, and even less so in the Presidency of BiH."

He emphasized that the current situation in BiH, specifically in recent years, is the best answer to that. He believes that the response to the challenges and the situation where there are two members of the BiH Presidency from the same ethnic group is clear.

"Those who attempt similar things will harm themselves. I hope, or I am certain this time, that the Bosniak people will understand this and will not support it as an idea," Čović stated.

Regarding Kovačević, he said that he is a colleague, as he referred to him, who has changed his nationality and sued BiH, choosing to do such a thing.

He called on all those who can to vote for Filipović.

"It is important that Bosniaks understand this, as well as responsible politicians among Croats who have not yet supported Filipović," said Čović, adding that there will be time to send a message to those who want to jeopardize BiH's path.
