Babiš emphasized that he will cooperate with whoever the Hungarian people support, meaning whoever the Hungarian voters choose. "Congratulations to Péter Magyar on his election victory. Facing such a strong opponent as Viktor Orbán was never easy, but he has earned the trust of the majority of Hungarians and carries great hopes and expectations. He must not disappoint," wrote Babiš. With nearly 100 percent of ballots processed, Magyar's party secured an incredible 3,066,881 votes, surpassing the previous record of 3,060,706 votes once set by the Fidesz-KDNP coalition.
