This duo met several years ago in Zagreb, in the studio of their mutual friend Toma Baćurin, and shortly after, they began performing together. As a result of their friendship and musical collaboration, their joint song "Slavit ću život" was born—a blend of emotion, experience, and various musical genres.

"Right after our first meetings and joint concerts, we felt a special energy and natural connection in our musical expression. The audience recognized it, and successful performances further solidified our decision to collaborate. We wanted to combine a pop-rock expression with the emotional elements of sevdah, but in an authentic way, without compromise and while preserving our own artistic identities. It was precisely this combination of different sensibilities that became the foundation of the song 'Slavit ću život,' which brought together many well-known names from across the region. The music and arrangement were composed by hitmaker Mirko Šenkovski Geronimo, who, together with his wife Dragana, also participated in writing the lyrics. Jadranka Krištof, Laris Pašalić, Mišo Tričković, Dragan Buco Todorović, and Haris Kadrić also contributed to the production," says Adnan Kukuljević.

Both artists can boast rich and interesting biographies, as well as numerous significant collaborations.

Adnan Kukuljević from Gradačac began his journey on the music scene back in 1993, starting with solo performances, mostly performing spiritual music. He has participated in major projects with the Sarajevo Philharmonic and other performers across Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in Austria, Slovenia, and Turkey. He has collaborated with artists from various musical genres, such as the legendary Safet Isović, Omer Pobrić, Hasiba Agić, Eldin Huseinbegović, and Mario Zbiljski. With Professor Mario Zbiljski, a renowned tamburitza player from Osijek, he recorded two sevdah albums. For several years now, he has been an active member of the GKUD Brčko.

Darko Capo has also collaborated with well-known names on the regional scene, such as Vlado Kalember and Ana Rucner. He was born in 1981 in Wil, Switzerland. He is recognizable for his powerful vocals, emotional interpretation, and authenticity, and his Croatian roots from Slavonski Brod have deeply shaped his musical identity. At the age of nine, he began attending music school, where he learned to play keyboards, accordion, and drums. He started his professional music career in 2010. Music brought him together with Adnan, with whom he now forms a duo that still has no official name.

"Our joint project still doesn’t have an official name, but we hope to soon receive one from the audience, who are most important to us. 'Slavit ću život' is the beginning, we hope, of a long-term collaboration. We remain committed to the idea that through each song, we tell life stories from different perspectives—to live without hesitation, with full lungs, as if every moment is the most important. Through love, joy, gratitude, and even challenges, a thread of freedom, sincerity, and strong life energy will run through everything we do together. The album will carry our first and last names," says Darko Capo, who reveals at the end that their new joint song 'Živjeti opasno' will be released on April 28.
