In his letter to Ademović, Špirić cited as the reason for the SNSD delegates' absence from the House of Peoples session scheduled for April 8 that Ademović had "unilaterally scheduled the session," thereby "violating the practice" of not scheduling sessions during weeks of significant holidays.

On the other hand, Ademović claims that there was no discussion, not even an informal one, regarding the scheduling of the House of Peoples session.

"On the contrary, the session date was set based on an agreement with the secretary of the House of Peoples, who clearly insisted that the session not be scheduled for April 9, in order to substantially comply with the Rules of Procedure regarding convening an emergency session at the request of eight delegates, including delegates from the Serbian people," he asserted.

He emphasized that this was an organizational decision, made in accordance with available dates and the need to ensure the continuity of institutional work, rather than a unilateral or arbitrary action.

"At the same time, respecting your statements and the previously assumed obligations of the delegates, we wish to maintain a correct and constructive relationship and call for open and sincere communication in good faith," he conveyed.

In his response to Špirić, Ademović stated that the session would be held on April 8, as originally scheduled.
