The Ministry of Defense has responded following a fire that broke out in a residential complex in the capital, stating that the situation is being closely monitored and multiple forces have been deployed on the ground. According to the official announcement, dozens of firefighting vehicles and personnel are involved in the operation, and fortunately, no injuries have been reported as a result of the flames. The Municipality of Tirana operated at full capacity, both in terms of equipment and personnel. In support of the operation, the Municipality of Kamëz also joined with two firefighting vehicles and 10 personnel, as well as the Municipality of Vorë with two vehicles and 10 personnel. Additionally, the Armed Forces have deployed four firefighting vehicles, 26 personnel, and a Cougar helicopter, while the UKT has assisted with three water tankers. The relevant structures are on full alert and are continuously monitoring the situation until it is fully normalized.
