The Tirana Criminal Court has imposed mandatory appearance security measures on 4 individuals arrested for the fire that occurred at the 12-story building near QSUT. Top Channel journalist Dorjana Bezat reports that the black robes have released from custody Razie Sula, Agron Cara, Enver Ademi, and Altin Furtuna. They were arrested following the serious incident, where as a result of flames that initially engulfed the building's facade, several apartments inside were burned.
