The Minister preferred not to provide any information, stating that the details are held by the judicial police officer and the case prosecutor. "Your request for a comment from me cannot be addressed because it would involve involving a political titleholder in an operational matter. The assessment of the level of investigations conducted by the state police is made solely by the case prosecutor. This information is only available to the judicial police officers and their hierarchy, and the delegated orders from the case prosecutor who assess the level of the investigation. Therefore, there can be no comment from me, especially regarding deadlines, because deadlines are determined by the complexity of the case," said Lamallari. Recall that a few days ago, the father of Ervis Martinaj made accusations towards the justice institutions regarding the fate of his son.
