Actor and comedian Pete Davidson has shared one of the toughest moments of his life, openly discussing his battle with addiction and his path to rehabilitation. In a candid account, he revealed that the turning point came during a video call with his mother, Amy Davidson, while he was in a rehab center.

"It was a very difficult conversation," he expressed, adding that during what is known as "family week," he heard for the first time how much he was hurting his closest people.

The most powerful moment came when his mother told him: "Every morning I wake up with the fear that I will receive news of your death."

These words, according to Pete Davidson, were a "hard blow" that forced him to confront reality. "At first I reacted badly, I didn't want to accept it... but then I realized that this was my truth," he confessed.

The comedian also spoke about the emotional contrast he experienced during that period, showing that he had achieved financial success, but not without consequences. "She was living in a house that I had bought with money that didn't come from a good place," he said, referring to the period of his addiction.

He admitted that at that time he was not ready for a stable life or healthy relationships.

Today, everything has changed for Pete Davidson. He reveals that the birth of his daughter, Scottie Rose, has been the biggest motivation for him to change. "She is the reason why I want to be better every day," he expressed.

Moreover, he emphasized that his priorities have fundamentally changed.
