New details have emerged from the conflict that occurred a day earlier between two neighbors, which ended tragically with one victim. The incident took place between Eduart Afmataj and Artur Çangu, with the latter losing his life. According to preliminary investigations, the clash between them had started about two years ago over property issues. Yesterday marked the escalation of the conflict, as Çangu had gone to his parents' apartment and parked his vehicle on the street. This action prompted a reaction from Afmataj, who claimed that the car was blocking his passage. The debate initially was verbal but then degenerated into a physical confrontation. At this point, Afmataj took a double-barreled hunting gun and fatally shot his neighbor. After the crime, the perpetrator notified the police himself and then quickly left the scene. The police forces, arriving in the area, were unable to catch him, and so far, there is still no clear lead on his whereabouts.
