Q., 49, a resident of Memaliaj, for the criminal offense 'Assault.' Investigative actions revealed that an immediate physical conflict occurred in the evening, involving citizens D. N., M. N., D. N., A. K., and J. K., as well as citizens G. Q. and E. G. During the conflict, it is suspected that citizen E. G. fired a weapon at citizen D. N. (already arrested), who was injured and remains under medical care, out of life-threatening danger. Subsequently, the two brothers of citizen D. N. (the two citizens declared wanted, D. N., 29, and M. N., 28) are suspected of having fired a weapon at citizen E. G. (who, as a result, lost his life during transport to the hospital). Both citizens immediately fled the scene by vehicle, while intensive efforts to apprehend them continue. The following items were seized as material evidence: a pistol firearm (with a cartridge in the chamber, ready to fire), suspected to have been used by citizen E. G. (who later lost his life) to injure citizen D. N.; 1 magazine with cartridges; military ammunition; 2 vehicles; 2 motorcycles; 4 mobile phones; and other items from the scene, which will serve the continuation of the investigation.
