Rain Epler, a member of Estonia's Conservative People's Party (EKRE), was born in 1977 in Tallinn. Before entering politics, he built a career in the business sector, primarily in technology and consulting companies. In 2020, he briefly served as Minister of the Environment and is currently a member of the Estonian parliament.

In it, the politician referred to a well-known box of chocolates from Kalev, humorously suggesting an alternative design for the packaging in case an adult liqueur version were created. Ironically, instead of the traditional figure on the packaging, he placed his own portrait—a move that was met with numerous comments and creative reactions from users.
