Mayor Erion Veliaj has denounced "Nesti Angoni" and "Nasta Pëllumbi," whom he calls his non-existent accusers. Veliaj demands an investigation into the document that served as the basis for initiating criminal proceedings against him. According to Veliaj, "only accusations that meet formal and procedural criteria can be registered as such," adding that those made in his name do not meet these criteria. "I request the registration of criminal proceedings for the criminal offense of 'Document Forgery,' as provided by Article 186 of the Penal Code, as well as any other relevant offense that emerges during the investigation. The identification of the real author who drafted and signed the document 'Information for SPAK'," Veliaj demands from the Prosecutor's Office.
