The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, said today that he is having good discussions with both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, as he aims to resolve the war in Ukraine. "We are working on the situation in Russia and Ukraine and hope to bring it to an end," Trump said. The American president said he did not want to disclose when he last spoke with Putin. "I am having discussions with him, and I am having discussions with President Zelensky, and good discussions," he said, without specifying when the phone calls with either leader took place. "The hatred between President Putin and President Zelensky is ridiculous. It's madness. And hatred is a bad thing. Hatred is a bad thing when you're trying to solve something, but it will happen," the White House chief concluded.
