SPAK has conducted a large-scale operation against drug trafficking in the country. According to media reports, 11 arrest warrants have been issued, including one for businessman Jetmir Pepa, owner of the "Pepa Group" company. However, it has been learned that the arrest warrant against him has not been executed, as he is outside the territory of Albania. The operation targets a suspected group involved in drug trafficking, while several individuals have been detained. Jetmir Pepa is a well-known name in the business world in Albania and has often been talked about for his luxurious lifestyle. He was previously in a relationship with the sister of model Oriola Marashi, and is also the ex-husband of Mariela Berisha, the sister of Antonela Berisha. The latter, together with her sister, was involved in a serious incident in August 2024, where they assaulted blogger Klea Prenga while she was at a restaurant in Tirana.
