Spring's snow once again bestowed the magnificent sight of whiteness as it conquered mountainous areas, but for farmers, the whiteness followed by frost brought significant damage. Newly bloomed fruit trees were irreversibly damaged. But not only the frost; the weight of the snow managed to break the trees. In the villages of Pashtresh, Gjinar, and Zavalinë in Elbasan, the damage is considerable, especially concerning plum, cherry, fig, and pear trees. All these fruit trees, which bloom first, will be without production this year.
