The Administrative Court of First Instance Tirana has annulled the disciplinary measures against several opposition deputies, Flamur Noka, Albana Vokshi, Elda Hoti, Belind Këlliçi, Klevis Balliu, and Fidel Kreka, regarding their 30-day exclusion from the proceedings of the Assembly and its committees. It was lawyer Marash Logu who announced the decision, stating that this is the second time the Court has ruled to annul the measures as they were taken in flagrant violation of the law. "The Administrative Court of First Instance Tirana today decided to annul the disciplinary measures 'Exclusion from participation in committees and plenary sessions' for 30 days for deputies Flamur Noka, Albana Vokshi, Elda Hoti, Belind Këlliçi, Klevis Balliu, and Fidel Kreka. The disciplinary measures were related to the plenary session of December 18, 2025, while the decisions annulled by the Court were taken on December 23, 2025, by the Ethics Secretariat, and upheld on January 20, 2026, by the Assembly Bureau. Following decision no. 4011 (4089), dated November 6, 2024, of the Administrative Court of First Instance Tirana, this is the second time the Court has ruled to annul disciplinary measures against opposition deputies because they were taken in flagrant violation of the law," Logu announced.
