The mayor of Durrës Municipality, Vangjush Dako, has appealed to the High Court against the sentence given by the Special Appeals Court in Tirana. Besides him, appeals have also been filed by Fiqiri Farruku, Fatmir Ejupi, and Adrian Bulku, who were found guilty of abuse of duty regarding tenders in the municipality. As reported by Anila Hoxha, the High Court, upon receiving the appeal, has drawn lots and appointed High Court Judge Genti Shala as the rapporteur.
