U.S. President Donald Trump has left open the possibility of action against Cuba after the conflict with Iran concludes, using ambiguous phrasing that has raised questions about the statement's intent.

During a media address, Trump suggested Washington might "go through Cuba," without clarifying whether he was referring to a political, economic, or military approach. He described the island as a country in difficulty and criticized the long history of governance under Fidel Castro, adding that the Cuban-American community has been unfairly treated over the years.

The response from Havana was swift. Cuban President Miguel Dรญaz-Canel warned that any direct confrontation would be unjustifiable and emphasized that his country is prepared to defend its sovereignty.

The statements have heightened tensions between the two countries, while it remains unclear whether this is political rhetoric or a concrete warning about future actions.
