Three lives after the serious crime, Agim Gashi is arrested! How he killed the 41-year-old with his brother in the middle of the road.

Police today in Fier handcuffed a 38-year-old man who was declared wanted for a murder that occurred at the end of 2023. Agim Gashi was taken into custody, suspected as the perpetrator of the murder of Elton Javori on December 7, 2023, in the "16 Prilli" neighborhood. The Fier Court had previously ordered the security measure of "arrest with imprisonment" for him on charges of "Premeditated Murder" and "Unauthorized Possession of Weapons."

Investigations reveal that three years ago, the 38-year-old, in collaboration with his brother Kreshnik Gashi (currently in pre-trial detention), following a conflict over trivial reasons, fired a weapon at a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Elton Javori. The victim was executed inside his vehicle, just a few meters from his residence. Although he attempted to respond with a weapon, one of the bullets struck him in the head, killing him on the spot. Investigations have shown that the conflict between the parties had started earlier and remained unresolved until it ended tragically.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.

The Fier Court has imposed the security measure of "Arrest with Imprisonment" on this citizen for the criminal offenses of "Premeditated Murder" and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons, and Ammunition." The 38-year-old is suspected of, in collaboration with his brother, citizen K. G. (currently in pre-trial detention at the Fier Police Directorate facilities), on December 7, 2023, in the "16 Prilli" neighborhood, Fier, following a conflict over trivial reasons, firing a weapon at a vehicle driven by citizen E. J., 41 years old. As a result of the shooting, the 41-year-old lost his life on the spot.
