During the reporting at the High Prosecutorial Council, the head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, focused on the issue of seizing mobile phones as part of investigations. He emphasized that mobile phones constitute the most frequent evidence due to their widespread use by citizens, even more so than personal computers. According to Braho, prosecutors always turn to the court for the seizure and use of phones as evidence. Although there are still no complete legal changes regulating the inspection of mobile phones, he stated that a decision by the Constitutional Court of Albania is now being directly implemented. "Mobile phones are the most common evidence because they are the most widely used devices. They are used more than personal computers. It is normal that they are more numerous. To obtain mobile phones, prosecutors turn to the court, as well as to use them as evidence in investigations. Although there is still no legal change in the procedure to determine the rules on phone inspection, we have started to directly implement the Constitutional Court's decision. A special group has also been established to regulate how we should proceed and act from a legal standpoint. We are currently working on this matter," Braho said.
