The Fars News Agency, citing the deputy governor of the province, stated that the explosions occurred in the special petrochemical zone of Mahshahr. According to reports, the attack has affected at least three companies located in the area, while Tasnim News Agency emphasizes that the extent of the damage remains unclear.
On the other hand, the ISNA agency reported that there is a "high possibility" of casualties as a result of the attacks. The events come at a time of heightened tensions in the region, while information on the full consequences of the attacks remains limited.
