The Special Prosecution has requested the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) to dismiss the investigation against the former head of Public Prosecutions, Jonaid Myzyri. Myzyri had been previously accused by SPAK of violating equality in tenders and public auctions.

Myzyri was taken into custody by the Special Prosecution in June 2025 for the criminal offense "Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions," committed in collaboration.

On June 24, 2025, the head of Public Prosecutions was officially taken into custody by SPAK. The charges relate to the tender for the maintenance of the Shpal-Reps Bridge road axis, with a total length of 58.7 km and a value of 2.29 million euros.

In the court notice, it is announced that seven other individuals have also been taken into custody for committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions." Meanwhile, three others have been taken into custody for committing the criminal offense "Forgery of seals, stamps, or forms."
