The Tax Administration has intensified controls in the fuel market across the country, focusing on the implementation of prices set by the Transparency Board. According to the institutions, field inspections have revealed cases of fuel being sold above approved prices, harming consumers and market regularity.

As a result of the identified violations, 3 entities have been referred to the Transparency Board for temporary suspension of activity. Meanwhile, controls and inspections of other operators continue extensively throughout the territory.
