SPAK did not oppose the summons of Prime Minister Edi Rama as a witness in the trial against eight defendants in the "Partizani" file.

It is learned that Prime Minister Rama was requested as a witness by the defense lawyers of former Prime Minister Berisha, who is accused of corruption. This was declared in the session by the prosecutors, who rejected a series of other requests from the defendants but said "yes" to Rama as a witness, on the condition that it is understood what purpose this testimony serves for the trial.

According to the prosecutor, if the Prime Minister is to be summoned to testify, the Court must decide. Also, for the summons of officer Besmir Karanxha as a witness, who appears in a photo with Ulsi Manja and is considered by the defense as a political activist, SPAK did not refuse, but on the condition that it is understood what it means.

As a defendant in this trial, Jamarbรซr Malltezi had reservations when he received several rejections for his requests, one of them being not to accept some media articles as evidence. The foundation trial was postponed to April 15. Meanwhile, in the same court, Malltezi also waged another battle, that for the removal of sequestrations on properties, which was postponed to April 7.
