Disturbing footage has been made public from an incident that occurred on the Vlorë Promenade, where a pitbull dog attacked a young girl only 4 years old. According to the circulating video, the dog grabbed the minor by the head and dragged her for several moments, causing panic among the nearby individuals. The chance passing of citizens prevented the situation from escalating further, while decisive intervention came from a municipal employee, Sejko Veliu, who managed to remove the dog and save the girl from even more severe consequences. He later stated that he reacted immediately upon seeing the scene, intervening to neutralize the animal. The incident happened a few days ago, while the little girl was out for a walk with her grandmother. After being transported to the hospital and receiving medical assistance, her condition is reported as stabilized. Meanwhile, it is suspected that the dog has been euthanized, which has sparked reactions and discussions from animal protection organizations.
