During a conversation with students, Prime Minister Edi Rama took the opportunity to make a few jabs while discussing Albania's negotiation process with the European Union. A law student was caught laughing, and Rama directly questioned him. Rama: Why were you laughing while listening, I suspect, I saw you. Rama: What were you doing? Laughing to yourself. Student: I am happy about the negotiations that are going to open. Rama: The negotiations are open, you haven't been paying attention! They are fully open! Rama: What opens, opens to be closed, not to stay open!
