After 11 days, the search for an 18-year-old in Elbasan has ended. He had hit a minor who was riding a bicycle on "Aqif Pasha" street in Elbasan with his motorcycle. According to the police announcement, J. Sh. left the accident scene without providing first aid to the injured. As a result, he now faces legal consequences.
Traffic Sector specialists, in collaboration with the Operational Force services of the Elbasan Police Directorate, apprehended and detained citizen J. Sh., 18, who had been declared wanted. It is suspected that on April 9, 2026, on "Aqif Pasha" Boulevard, he hit a minor riding a bicycle with the motorcycle he was driving and then fled the accident scene.
