A serious complaint has been made public on the investigative show "Fiks Fare," where a citizen raises allegations of fraud and abusive treatment by an aesthetic center in Tirana.

Drilona Beshiri states that she paid around 1100 euros to "Era Estetic Academy" for three courses: nails, eyelashes, and eyebrows. According to her, she only completed the nail course and received the corresponding certificate. For the other two courses, eyelashes and eyebrows, the situation is completely different. She says she attended only four days of lessons for the eyelash course and never started the eyebrow course at all, despite having paid in full.

The citizen claims to have requested a refund several times but faced refusals, insults, and threats from the center's owner, who allegedly even labeled her as "schizophrenic." Audio recordings from the center's premises have been made available to the show, where the owner can be heard refusing to refund the money and using offensive language toward the client.

Journalists from "Fiks Fare" also confronted the owner of the aesthetic center, who gave contradictory statements. She initially claimed the client "was not mentally well," but later admitted that enrollment in the course was done without full verification. At the same time, she confirmed that certificates were printed even though the courses were not fully completed, raising serious doubts about the academy's operational practices.

At one point, the owner expressed willingness to refund 700 euros for the eyebrow course but set an unusual condition: that the case not be broadcast on the show.

"There will be no refund if it airs on TV. If it doesnโ€™t air, you get it," she stated according to the complaint.
