DRAMATIC SCENE/ The moment when a mother with a baby in her arms runs to escape the flames in the building near QSUT.

Dramatic footage has been released of the fire that engulfed the building opposite the "Mother Teresa" hospital. The images show a mother with an infant exiting the building, as well as an elderly person being supported by the arms of others.

Several firefighting units are at the scene, but the circumstances of how the fire spread across the entire external facade of the residence remain unclear. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported so far, but there is significant material damage.
