A few hours after the U.S.-Iran talks in Islamabad failed, President Donald Trump warned that American forces would "immediately begin the process of blocking any vessel attempting to enter or exit the Strait of Hormuz." "I have instructed our Navy to seek out and deny entry to any vessel in international waters that has paid taxes to Iran," the American president wrote on Truth Social, among other things. The U.S. will "begin the destruction" of the mines that Iran has placed in the strait, he added, and continued: "Any Iranian who targets us or peaceful vessels will be destroyed in hell!" "So, there you have it, the meeting went well, most points were agreed upon, but the point that really mattered, NUCLEAR WEAPONS, was not. Taking effect immediately, the United States Navy, the best in the world, will begin the process of EXCLUDING all vessels attempting to enter or exit the Strait of Hormuz. At some point, we will reach a basis of 'ALL ENTRY ALLOWED, ALL EXIT ALLOWED,' but Iran has not allowed this to happen by simply saying, 'There might be a mine somewhere,' which no one knows about except them. THIS IS GLOBAL EXTORTION and the leaders of countries, especially the United States of America, will never be blackmailed. I have also instructed our Navy to seek out and stop any vessel in International Waters that has paid taxes to Iran. No one who pays illegal taxes will have safe passage on the open sea. We will also begin destroying the mines that the Iranians have placed in the Strait. Any Iranian who targets us or peaceful vessels will GO TO HELL! Iran knows, better than anyone, how to end this situation that has already destroyed their country. Their Navy is gone, their Air Force is gone, their Anti-Aircraft and Radars are useless, Khomeini, and most of their 'Leaders' are dead, all because of their nuclear ambition.
