Kylie Jenner is involved in a legal matter after a former employee filed a lawsuit accusing her of harassment, discrimination, and workplace rights violations. The lawsuit was filed by Angelica Vasquez, who worked on the maintenance staff at Jenner’s Hidden Hills residence starting in September 2024. According to court documents, she claims to have been part of a "hostile and exclusionary" work environment, where she faced ongoing harassment from colleagues and supervisors. She says she was assigned the hardest and least desirable tasks while being excluded and demeaned due to her race, origin, and religious beliefs. The lawsuit also describes instances of offensive behavior by supervisors, including aggressive communication and yelling, as well as false accusations of inappropriate conduct. Vasquez claims she was treated degradingly and mocked for her accent as an immigrant from El Salvador and for her Catholic faith. She says she filed several formal complaints during her employment, but they were allegedly ignored or dismissed with contempt. The situation, according to her claims, worsened by March 2025, when physical incidents occurred, including objects being thrown in her direction. The lawsuit also includes allegations of labor law violations, such as unpaid overtime, lack of mandatory breaks, and unreimbursed expenses. She claims that due to the situation, she developed severe anxiety and symptoms similar to post-traumatic stress, later taking medical leave in July 2025 and resigning a month later. She is seeking a jury trial for the matter, while legal representatives of the involved parties are expected to present their arguments in court.
