The Elbasan Local Police Directorate has taken all measures to ensure order and security before, during, and after the football match between the teams "AF Elbasani" and "Vllaznia," which will take place today, April 27, 2026, at 19:00, at the "Elbasan Arena" stadium.
During this event, vehicle traffic will be blocked in the perimeter around the stadium.
Traffic will only be allowed for vehicles with special authorization, which must also have their license plates indicated.
The police will guarantee and ensure the movement of fans along designated routes and will not allow gatherings or crossings outside the specified itinerary.
In implementation of the security plan, checks will be conducted on fans before entering the stadium for illegal items (hard objects, water bottles, umbrellas, metal keys, or pyrotechnic materials, etc.). Every fan must be equipped with an identification document.
Citizens without an identification document will not be allowed to enter the stadium. Additionally, minors will not be allowed to enter without the presence of a parent or legal guardian accompanied by an identification document.
Fans previously identified by the Police as problematic in various sports activities will not be allowed to enter the stadium.
The Elbasan Police requests the understanding of the fans for the implementation of the above measures, as well as the understanding of citizens to avoid vehicle movement on the aforementioned road segments during the specified hours.
