"The issue this parliament must debate is that of oil. Your leader declared to the socialists in Lushnjë that Europe no longer subsidizes oil, a deception. And you who laugh are making a mockery here. Find a member state of the European Union that does not subsidize oil for farmers. To go and tell them everything because they are socialists is terrible. They are the part that sweats the most for the prosperity of this country. You who are here, either find the European country that does not subsidize or denounce your leader. Therefore, let us make a law here that subsidizes farmers' oil, as well as that of public transport," stated the chief democrat Sali Berisha.
