The court has ordered the security measure of "arrest in prison" for Jurgen, Kevin, and Hysen Neza, who took hostage and assaulted businessman Florian Sula from Divjaka.
Media reports indicate that the arrested individuals did not speak in the courtroom. Meanwhile, their lawyer claimed that they did not take Sula hostage, but rather that Sula owed them a debt of 60,000 euros, and they took him by vehicle to clarify the matter regarding the debt.
According to the lawyer, the three arrested individuals, upon realizing that Florian Sula was financially unable to compensate the amount of money, allowed him to leave freely. The three perpetrators, who have previous records, monitored the movements of the 32-year-old and then carried out his abduction near the area of the former Park in Tirana, where the young man had just exited a venue.
