The Constitutional Court has granted SPAK the right to seize the assets of Redi Molla, the former director of the Tirana municipality, who was arrested in connection with the investigations of the "5D" case. Molla had requested the annulment of the decision to seize his assets, but as Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports, the Constitutional Court has upheld it. Redi Molla and other former directors of the Tirana Municipality were arrested in March 2024 by order of the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution, as part of the investigations into the "5D" case. According to SPAK, Mariglen Qato and Molla are the de facto owners of the company "5D", which, according to investigations, has been the winner in several tenders with the municipality.
