On Wednesday, our country will continue to be affected by unstable atmospheric conditions. The weather is forecast to have moderate to dense clouds, with occasional clearings in the north and center. Intermittent light rain showers are expected to be present from the early hours of the 24-hour period in most parts of the country. During the day, intermittent light rain showers will persist, while in the center and locally in the south, rain of moderate intensity is expected, with occasional short-term thunderstorms. After midday, the rains will diminish, remaining present along mountainous reliefs but with low intensity, and locally short-term thunderstorms. In the Alpine area, in the northeast at altitudes above 1500-1600 meters, light snowfall is expected. The wind will blow from the northeast to northwest direction at an average speed of 6 m/s, which may occasionally reach speeds of up to 18 m/s along the coastline and valley areas of the country. The wave height in the Adriatic and Ionian seas will be at force 2-3.
