SPAK Chief Prosecutor Klodian Braho made it clear before the council that he has no intention of dealing with politicians' words, but rather their actions. Disagreeing with the equal sign that a KLP member placed when comparing every identical pressure with legislative initiatives against SPAK, Klodian Braho dismissed any desires politics might have. Klodian Braho was direct when listing the investigation of corruption as SPAK's priority. "Corruption is concerning," Braho stated. Chief Prosecutor Braho stood by the evidence proving that out of 434 individuals under investigation last year, arrest warrants were issued for 125 citizens, 15 of whom were on corruption charges. "71.1 percent, so there are more unexecuted security measures. Why has this happened? Why has the percentage of non-executions occurred?" asked KLP member Erind Mërkluri. "First, the criminal offenses for which individuals are under investigation in 2025 with arrest warrants are still under investigation in 2025. Second, as is known, SPAK does not have specialized structures for executing security measures; this is done by the state police," Braho responded. It should be something higher, and this increases the workload, the same for criminal offenses in public procurement. These are the two points we have discussed," Braho stated.
