"With the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, we are bound by a special friendship forged on the shared path of ambition to modernize our countries and elevate Albanian-Greek relations to a new level. Along this path, not only the best moments but also the most difficult ones have always been characterized by respectful and candid communication, while we are working to finally overcome all outstanding issues between the two states, aiming to emerge from this year with a new strategic partnership agreement," writes the head of the Albanian government.
