The leader of the "Albania Becomes" party, Adriatik Lapaj, spoke on "Top Story" about the proposal to reduce the number of deputies, considering it a red line for them. Lapaj viewed the reduction of parliamentary seats to 100 as propaganda manipulation. "Immediately after the May 11 elections, representatives of Albania's friendly countries called a meeting where it was requested to address the issue of the electoral code right after the elections. It is not the initiative of a single party; it was a meeting where this was demanded. In the elections we just had, the system clearly creaked in many aspects. The system is also linked to the missing medicines and the chaos we see every day. We must keep in mind that we, the parties in the process, are political opponents, but on the other hand, it is a national responsibility. The red line for us is the 100 mandates. Reducing the number of parliamentary deputies to 100 is propaganda manipulation. They remove Rama's plane and have doubled the expenses," said Lapaj.
