The Council of Ministers of Albania has approved a new decision that sets the terms of entry and stay for Ukrainian citizens in the territory of the Republic of Albania.
According to the decision, Ukrainian citizens are allowed to enter the Republic of Albania without a visa and stay without a residence permit until March 30, 2027.
Likewise, all Ukrainian citizens currently in Albanian territory are included in this facilitation and may stay without a residence permit until the same date.
This decision comes within the framework of facilitating the stay and movement of Ukrainian citizens in Albania, in line with the country's policies for humanitarian treatment and regulation of their status.
