The Special Court has rejected former minister Ilir Beqaj's request to replace the security measure. Recall that Beqaj provided a guarantee of 20,000 euros. SPAK accuses him of a series of criminal acts, including passive corruption, violation of tender procedures, document forgery, fraud with consequences, and concealment of property.
