Renowned biohacker and American billionaire Bryan Johnson has surprised his followers by publicly admitting a mistake he claims to have made for years without realizing it.

Known for his extreme lifestyle and significant investments in life extension, Johnson has built a strict routine of diets, analyses, and scientific experiments to "slow down" aging. However, he discovered he had overlooked an important detail in his own home.

In a social media post, he stated that he had kept artificial grass in his yard for years, which he now considers potentially dangerous. According to him, this material may contain recycled rubber and chemicals linked to hormonal disorders, inflammation, and potential carcinogenic effects.

"I have dedicated my life to longevity and had toxic materials in my yard... I'm an idiot," he wrote in a self-critical tone.

However, experts emphasize that the risk from artificial grass is not so direct. Studies show these materials may contain heavy metals and chemical compounds, but usually at very low levels not considered hazardous under normal use. Only under extreme conditions, such as very high temperatures, could there be greater release of substances.

For Johnson, however, even a minimal risk seems unacceptable. He went further by questioning his ability to control every aspect of his life.

"It makes me doubt my fundamental ability to function properly," he expressed.

His case highlights a broader reality: even for those trying to control every detail of their health and lives, there can always be a simple element that goes unnoticed.
